General Questions

Yes, we ship to most countries globally. Some items may be shipped separately and may take longer or shorter than others.

To save your time and reach our support quickly, please follow below steps:

  • Visit Chat below on the website or email info@creativecastlestudios.com with Subject Line "Refund/Exchange" http://docs.shopify.com/manual/settings/account/staff-members
  • Capture screenshot or video for the issue you get.
  • Specify which template and version you are using.
  • Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue.
  • Send all information (staff account, screenshot, video, template name and version, description of the issues, link) to email@domain.com

No, only select products will be limited edition. We also have many items that will have larger inventory or endless inventory. All items that are limited edition will be noted on the product description page. Those are first come, first serve.

Yes, we do. Please send your customisation requests to info@creativecastlestudios.com, we will give you our quote. As we work with many artists and vendors, we'll have to take into account their decision if they are open to specific commissions, services or product creations. Thank you for understanding.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
